When we started out as teddy bear artists in 1996, we were just fervently pursuing our dreams of being the best that we could be in the craft. As our creations gained traction following worldwide sales and international awards, more exciting opportunities came our way too. We got invited to participate as judges for local and overseas competitions in Seoul and Germany and some of our works were also displayed in Bearga Gallery in Fort Langley, Canada. We founded Toy Artist LLP and for five years, we ran The Singapore Teddy Bear Show as a way to introduce the art of soft toy making to the public. The human element of hands-on workshop and various interactive activities at the show was key to helping us understand and meet customers’ needs. It will later showed up as an integral part of our most recent venture that focuses on customer service.
For in 2016, after years of research, we decided to offer soft toy restoration, repair and cleaning services via the concept of a Soft Toy Hospital. The idea was underpinned by our dedication to create environmentally safe and hygienic soft toys for everyone to enjoy, and to nurse one’s beloved soft toy back to health.

We are based in Jurong East, Singapore.
If you need our help to restore or clean your soft toy, please Whatsapp some pictures of it to 98820388 for our assessment. Let us know the size and services required eg. cleaning, mending, parts replacement, restuffing etc.
Do take note we do not have a standard price list as each soft toy is unique in its own way. Factors such as size, age, extent of wear and tear, fabric condition all contribute to the complexity of repair and overall restoration cost. Once we have determined what needs to be done, we will provide a quotation for your approval and let you know how to send the toy in.
As most of the time we are in ops theatre working to save soft toys, we might not be able to provide a timely response. But we will definitely get back to you in due course. Your patience and understanding to this is deeply appreciated.
