One of the most helpful and detailed lady who helped out with a stuffed toy. Found Ms Pamela out through a friend when I needed to downsize a hippo from IKEA for my little princess.  Met up with her to discuss on how to go about it.  During which, she updated me periodically on the progress and enquired on how she was able to customize it to my liking when she couldn’t get the suitable materials.  At the end of the day, the hippo turned out wonderful, the size and softness of it were perfect.  My little princess has been carrying it with her to school daily.  Ms Pamela also assisted with restuffing the old hippo we had.  Now my little princess is surrounded by a big and miniature hippo when she sleeps, all thanks to Ms Pamela and her family.
